*International Orders International shipping charges will be more than listed on the web site. We will send you an e-mail with the updated shipping costs and ask for your confirmation. If you agree to the charge, we will process your order. If not, we will cancel it and refund any charges.
When Will Your Order Ship?
In stock items ship within 24-48 hours.
Orders received on Friday after 2:00 p.m. will not be processed for shipping until Monday.
Return Policy: General Policy All items that are in their original condition (i.e. unopened) may be returned for a full refund within 30 days. Shipping fees are not refunded with the following exceptions:
Damaged Product: If your item arrives damaged, and we require you to ship it back, we will refund the cost of shipping.
Wrong Item: If we mistakenly ship an item you did not order (pretty rare, but could happen)- we will refund the shipping charge to send it back. Carefully examine your order for any damage. Claims will not be accepted after the 30 day time period. If the package carrier requires an inspection of the damaged packaging, you may be required to set up a time to do so.
